“Creative Cooks were the caterers for our wedding on 12/5/2018. It is very difficult to summarise how amazing they were as caterers. The following are just a few points that I have picked out but I would unreservedly recommend these caterers.

Firstly the food was outstanding!! The menus that they offer have an amazing array of choice with brilliant canapés and considered starters, mains and deserts. Everything that I tried at our tasting was delicious. The food on the day was beyond anything that we could have hoped for. So many of our guests have complemented it on the day and afterwards. Not only did it taste great but it looked great too.

Secondly, Jane and Sarah are so helpful. They reply promptly to emails and are easily accessible over the phone too. They also clearly have so much experience with events and so can guide you on almost every aspect of the day from timings, table cloths, table size, cutlery, plates etc to how to best cater for your guests in terms of number of courses and quantity of food. They have loads of helpful tips that can also lower costs which is brilliant as it shows they are keen to get it right for you, not just encourage you to have the most expensive option.

Thirdly, in the run up to the wedding I was made to feel that all my questions were important-no matter how stupid they were. It meant that I could feel reassured that the day was going to run smoothly.

Finally, on the day the waiting staff that creative cooks employed were brilliant. They were friendly, professional, attentive and helped the day run without hitch. Everybody’s food was served hot and beautifully presented. The bar staff were brilliant too.

For my husband and I, food was one of the most important aspects of the wedding reception and I am so glad that we chose Creative Cooks as they delivered above and beyond in every aspect.”

“Hampshire has a great may Caterers and therefore there is lots of competition. We have lived here for a long time and Jane is our first choice for any party that we might have.

We have just had a wedding for our Daughter which included a reception with canapés, both hot and cold and a three course dinner followed by Cheese. The next day we had a drinks party for 200 with Hot and Cold Canapés. It was quite outstanding on both occasions and we had so many compliments.

The food choices she offers are excellent, beautifully presented and served (Her Staff are First Class, friendly, helpful and very presentable). She is a very good Cook as well!!

One thing that stands out for us about Jane is her approach to the planning and preparations beforehand. Nothing is too much trouble. She is flexible and accommodating and she ever stopped trying to make everything perfect and just the way we wanted it! It really was such a help.

As you can tell we are big fans! She made a huge contribution to the success of our wonderful wedding weekend and we are thrilled that we made the right choice.”
